These terms govern your use of The Sign Pad's online ordering platform at shop.thesignpad.com ("the Platform"), operated by The Sign Pad, #103-2675 Wilfert Road, Victoria BC V9B 6M3, Canada.

1. Accounts and orders

You're responsible for the accuracy of artwork, sizes, quantities, and shipping information you submit. Once a job moves into production, changes may not be possible. Submitted artwork is proofed before printing - production starts only after you approve the proof.

2. Pricing

Prices shown on the Platform are quoted in Canadian dollars and exclude shipping unless otherwise indicated. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before production begins.

3. Artwork and intellectual property

You retain ownership of artwork you upload. By uploading, you warrant that you have the right to reproduce it, and you grant The Sign Pad the limited right to print, display proofs to you, and retain copies for record-keeping and reorders.

4. Production and proofing

Turnaround times are estimates. Approved proofs are taken as the printable record - discrepancies between approved proofs and finished product caused by file errors you missed at proofing are not the responsibility of The Sign Pad.

5. Returns and remakes

Custom-printed work is non-returnable. If a finished product materially differs from the approved proof due to a manufacturing defect, contact us within 7 days and we will reprint the affected items at no charge.

6. Payment and invoicing

Invoices are issued in QuickBooks Online and emailed separately from the order confirmation. Account customers are bound by the payment terms on their account; non-account customers are required to pay before pickup or delivery unless arranged otherwise.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Sign Pad's liability for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the amount paid for the order to which the claim relates.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of British Columbia, Canada. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of British Columbia.
