Custom Printed Banners for Every Event and Business

Order professional custom vinyl banners online from The Sign Pad in Victoria, BC. Our large-format banners handle everything from grand openings and retail sales to construction-site signage, trade show backdrops, and outdoor event displays. Printed at our Wilfert Road facility at full resolution with UV-stable inks so your message stays sharp indoors or out.

Opaque vs Mesh — Which Do You Need?

  • Opaque Vinyl Banners — Our standard heavy-duty vinyl. Blocks light fully, giving bright saturated colour. Ideal for storefronts, trade show displays, sponsor walls, and any application where maximum visual impact matters. Available with grommets, pole pockets, or rope-hemmed edges in any custom size.
  • Mesh Vinyl Banners — Perforated vinyl that lets wind pass through. Critical for large outdoor banners mounted on fences, bridges, and rooftops where wind load would tear a solid banner. Slightly softer colour but dramatically reduces sail effect and lets you go much larger outdoors safely.

Finishing and Installation Options

Every banner can be ordered with finishing that suits your mounting method:

  • Grommets — Standard metal eyelets around the perimeter. Works with bungee cords, zip ties, or rope.
  • Pole pockets — Sewn sleeve at top and / or bottom for use with banner frames or pipe-and-drape systems.
  • Hemming — Folded and stitched edges for extra tear resistance. Pairs well with grommets for outdoor use.

We can print any custom size — tell us the finished dimensions and we’ll handle the rest.

Built for West Coast Weather

Victoria’s wet winters, summer sun, and coastal wind all have a way of destroying budget banners quickly. Our opaque and mesh vinyl are both rated for outdoor use, and we include hemming on larger banners to extend their usable life. For banners going up for weeks or months outdoors, let us know and we’ll recommend the right finishing for your location.
